Tape & jointing

Want to make sure you have smooth walls and ceilings in order to achieve a pristine finish but don’t want the hassle or mess of plaster?

Tape and jointing (a form of dry lining) is a speedy and clean way to cover and reinforce the seams between sheets of plasterboard to prevent cracks appearing later.

Easier, quicker and less wasteful on materials than plastering, our team can work in unison with other trades and do not need a clear and unused area to complete their work. The slightly tapered edges of the plasterboard allow the joint tape to be covered with jointing compound and left flush with the main surface. The jointing compound is then applied as a smooth finish and it requires only a light sanding before decorating.
