KCI was tasked with creating a fire rated, temperature controlled room for a
high end client.

The work carried out in this project:
● Stud walls
● Flooring
● W/tops
● Tinted windows
● Overall full decoration

As a result of the sensitivity of work carried out in the warehouse we installed a temporary barrier in order to reduce dust levels within the main warehouse.
The project was complete both on time and on budget.
