This project is still in progress. We were tasked with a full refurbishment of this 4 bedroom house in Badby. The refurb consists of:

Full central heating system
Removal of wall to allow for a open plan kitchen / dinning area
New Howdens designed kitchen
All walls plastered and ceiling over boarded to give a brilliant result
New front and back door and windows downstairs
Wall knocking out in the living room to make way for Bi-fold windows / doors
House to be fully decorated throughout
New carpets to upstairs and living room
LVT flooring in the kitchen / dinner
